Oh, yeah. We got a cat. Her name is Reba. The dogs like her, amazingly enough. She was 8 weeks old on August 18, so she's like 12 weeks now? Anyway, she is very funny. And very dog-like.

I know, I know. I was hung up on MINI's for a while, but my Audi lust goes back quite some time. I remember when our neighbors had a 100LS. After that I was into other odd ball vehicles, like the Citroen SM and Renault R5, but when I started looking for my first car, I had a look at the early '80's Audi Coupe GT. It was really cool, but it cost $16k which seemed unobtainable at the time, even with my good job. I bought a Jetta instead. Later came the Quattro (definitely unobtainable!) and the 4000s Quattro sedan. But I had a love affair with a Miata and then I was married and with child. Meanwhile the TT was lurking in the back of my mind, but it too seemed unobtainable, until I realized I could get a used one.

So here we are!

By the way, today is my parents' anniversary. In 1956 they were married and had almost 46 wonderful years together. Have fun in the UK and Ireland, Mom! We miss you, Dad.
